Connect South Africa will accept your advertisement and agree to publish, on the web site www.connect-southafrica.com, your details, on the understanding that you have the right to publish and display the content.
You agree to indemnify Connect South Africa and any of it’s partners or employees against any expenses, liability, claim or loss that may result from any claims arising from the on-line publication and display of your advertising.
Connect South Africa does not perform site inspections of the establishments listed on the site. We, therefore, have to rely on you to give a true description so please ensure that you are factual and honest.
Once the initial booking has been confirmed through Connect South Africa and deposit taken the details of the client will be emailed to the owner of the establishment for them to follow up the enquiry.
All wording and creative materials are subject to our final approval. We reserve the right to refuse any material we believe to be inappropriate.
Please note that we do not link to any external web sites from our advertiser’s pages. We have a separate Links Page whereby suitable links may be exchanged between ourselves and others, on request.
Should you sell or close your establishment etc then please inform Connect South Africa, in writing, so that we can make the necessary changes.
PAYMENT
To place your ad is entirely free at present.
Once your advertising goes ‘live’ you will be informed and any changes you wish to make, at that time.
Please note that it is up to you to keep your advertisement up-to-date and current.
All changes must be in writing.
