This luxuriously furnished, wooden house is fully equipped with gas hob, built in stove, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x King-size beds & 1 double. There are 3 bedrooms (2 en-suite) 3 bathrooms, all finished in sandstone with showers and double baths (with views, double doors to deck, outside shower). The internal finishes are top class & the house probably has the most extensive sea and mountain views of any home in Scarborough . The top bedroom is awesome. The house has wrap around decks with a back (private & out the wind) entertainment deck bordering on the mountain + braai. The distance to the beach is 700-900m.
The house is uniquely positioned bordering a mountain and a nature reserve and is a short walk (800 meters) from Scarborough beach. It has expansive sea views from every room and large wrap-around deck for outdoor entertainment. Scarborough has no street lights which accentuates the beautiful night skies. In the months of September through to December whales can be seen in the bay from the deck.
With 3 en-suite bedrooms, a large 10 seater dining room table, the house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. All the bedrooms and bathroom are luxuriously furnished. The main bedroom is something special with reeded ceilings and spectacular views over the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with Rosieres gas hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and double-door fridge. Other features include TV (with DVD), a built in fire place and out-door hot shower. The house is serviced twice weekly. Daily servicing can be arranged - just let us know your requirements in advance.
Minimum booking period is 2 days. Preference is given to long bookings (over 1 week), particularly in peak season.
