Atalanta is a 9th floor one-bedroom corner apartment with a “Juliette” balcony. It is sunny and bright with views of the Company gardens, mountains and the city. It is located in a prestigious, well-maintained building, with 24 hour security.
The apartment is spacious and elegantly furnished in a contemporary style, equipped with modern conveniences, linen, towels, etc. There is:

The apartment is located in the city centre with convenient access to Cape Town’s cultural experiences as well as to all of the outdoor activities.
Within waking distance are good restaurants and sidewalk café’s. The historical Dutch East India Gardens with a tearoom under squirrel frequented trees, museums, art galleries, planetarium, Cathedral and Houses of Parliament are one block up the road. The City Hall with Symphony Concerts, Grand Parade and shuttle to the Waterfront and Robben Island Ferry are round the corner, two blocks away. Cape Town Tourist Centre, starting point for interesting walking and bus tours, is a five minute walk through largely pedestrian streets and Greenmarket Square, with a colourful mix of artists, good shops and fascinating stalls. The Cape Town Conference Centre is a 15 minute walk or can be reached by City shuttle. Street security is provided by video cameras and patrolling mounted police.
Within an easy scenic drive are the Table Mountain Cableway (10 minutes), beaches ( 15 minutes), Kirstenbosch (20 minutes) wine lands and Indian Ocean (30 minutes) Cape Point Nature Reserve and the Penguins (45 minutes). Table Mountain National Park is close by, offering many wonderful walks through indigenous flora that is unique to the Cape Peninsula. For those who do not wish to drive, transport to these beautiful places can be arranged through the Cape Town Tourist Centre. Central Station is two blocks away and International Airport is a 20 minute drive.

From Cape Town International Airport travel on the N2 towards the City.
N2 becomes de Waal Drive as the road goes uphill.
Take Boulevard East fork, then Strand Street Exit.
From Strand Street, turn left at the 3rd set of traffic lights into Adderley Street.
Cartwrights Corner is on the left hand side of Adderley Street in the block after Darling Street.
From N1, take the left hand fork as you approach the city.
At the 3rd set of trafic lights, turn left into Heerengracht, which becomes Adderley Street.
Pass two circles, continue up Adderley Street until Darling Street.
Cartwright's Corner is on the left hand side of Adderley Street in the block after Darling Street.
Before parking in the garage, keys and security cards need to be collected from Atalanta.
To reach the parking garage, continue along Adderley Street past Darling Street
Turn 1st left into Longmarket Street.
The parking garage is the first entrance on the left after turning into Longmarket Street.
Take the lift to the 9th floor.
Arrangement can be made to be collected from and dropped off at the airport.
