Antares is an elegant, 7th floor, loft apartment in a beautiful art deco building. that is located in the city centre. It is light and sunny with great views of the city and Lion’s Head. The area is safe as well as vibrant, and the building has full security.
The apartment accommodates one or two people and is ideal for business or vacation. It is non-smoking.
The apartment also has a B & B option, with a hot breakfast delivered to the door should you wish to arrange it.

Location
Central location of the apartment gives easy access to the amenities, cultural experiences and outdoor activities that Cape Town offers.
Within walking distance are sidewalk café’s and good restaurants. The Company gardens, Cathedral, Houses of Parliament, museums, art galleries, planetarium, City Hall, Grand Parade and shuttle to the Waterfront and Robben Island ferry are within a few blocks. The Cape Town Tourist Centre, starting point for interesting walks and bus tours is a five minute walk through largely pedestrian streets and Greenmarket Square, with a colourful mix of artists, fascinating stalls and good shops. Cape Town Conference Centre is a 15 minute walk and can also be reached by City Shuttle. Street security is provided by video cameras and patrolling, mounted guards.
Within easy scenic drives are the Table Mountain Cableway (15 minutes) Atlantic beaches, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens (20 minutes), wine lands, Indian Ocean beaches (30 minutes), penguins and Cape Point Nature Reserve (45 minutes). Table Mountain National Park is close by, offering wonderful walks through indigenous flora (fynbos) that is unique to the Cape Peninsula. For those without cars, transport to these wonderful places and further afield can be arranged at the Cape Town Tourist Centre.
Cape Town Central Station is two blocks away.
Cape Town International Airport is 20 minutes away.

Antares is 7th floor Mutual Heights, 14 Darling Street, located on the corner of Darling and Parliament Streets, Cape Town
From Cape Town International Airport travel on the N2 towards the City.
N2 becomes de Waal Drive as the road goes uphill.
Take Boulevard East fork, then Strand Street Exit.
From Strand Street, turn left at the 3rd set of traffic lights into Adderley Street.
From Adderley Street, turn 1st left into Darling Street.
Mutual Heights is No 14, on the right hand side after the 1st traffic light.
From N1, take the left hand fork as you approach the city.
At the 3rd set of trafic lights, turn left into Heerengracht, which becomes Adderley Street.
Pass two circles, then turn 2nd left into Darling Street.
Mutual Heights is No.14, on the right hand side after the 1st set of traffic lights.
Before parking in the garage, keys and security cards need to be collected from Antares.
To reach the parking garage, continue along Adderley Street past Darling Street
Turn 2nd left into Bureau Street, then 1st left into Parliament Street.
Park in The Adderley, on the left hand side of the 1st block, before the traffic lights,
Exit on the same floor through the aerial walkway to Mutual Heights, and take the lift to the 7th floor.
